On Tuesday, Oct. 13, the EHS Choirs presented their fall concert, “If Music Be the Food of Love ... Sing On!” All the songs were about food, and we asked a for a donation of a food item as admission.
The auditorium was overflowing for the evening and we delivered 450 food items to the Emporia Abundance Harvest Food Bank. Many thanks to the singers who put in extra time with this project, their families and friends and especially to the Emporia community who helped support this project!
