Besides exercise the thing that makes me happy is: Spending time with friends and family.
The onset of the new season brings many changes. The weather gets cooler, holidays approach and the stress of putting on holiday pounds withers at our minds.
During the late fall and early winter months, some people feel down or depressed. Seasonal depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) affects about 6 percent of all people, but it is more common in the northern portion of the country than in the south.
If you experience decreased levels of energy, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, increased appetite, increased desire to be alone, increased need for sleep or weight gain, then you may be experiencing SAD.
