“What our main point is, we want people to come in and pay their fines,” Koelsch said.

This was a part of a City Commission Study Meeting that included a discussion on raising water rates again and making 24th avenue the number one Kansas Department of Transportation project even though the Lowe's project has not been oked by Lowes.

The city has been lusting over improvements to 24th street for a long time. Not only would it really allow meaningful improvement to Industrial Road....which until know was one of the poorest designed roads to ever see the light of day since before the Romans started building roads. It....along with all the other road work out there that's been done lately...would make it sooo much easier to funnel more development into the city fathers favorite little corner of the world.....while the rest of Euphoria dies of neglect.
