Emporia Main Street’s new logo was unveiled recently and allows for more continuity throughout the organization.
For the past several months, Emporia Main Street, along with the organization’s design committee, the board of directors and the general membership of Main Street have worked on designing a new logo for the organization.
“The former logo was a little problematic because we couldn’t reproduce it,” said Casey Woods, executive director of Emporia Main Street. “Every time we would have an event, we would have different logos associated with it. It was just time to unify the logo.”
To reach the final logo, which Woods describes as bold yet simple, suggestions of the membership and the board and committee were compiled together and local business IM Design combined those ideas into four examples. The logo that is being used won hands-down, Woods said.
“It makes our name easier to read,” Woods said. “It’s a cleaner look that will be easier to reproduce.”

Neighbor, You have to wait for Monty Hall to work his way down the aisle and offer you a curtain or what is the envelope his pocket.
You've obviously mistaken this for a news source.

Maybe we haven't seen this "new" "logo" because the "religious" "sect" in our "community" knows that we will "enjoy" gazing at it in all it's "splendor" and they ain't havin' none "of" that!
