People who like to take their homes with them when they travel will need to do a little preventive maintenance before they tuck in their trailers and motor homes for the winter.
Carl Richardson, owner of RV Doc at 618 Industrial Road, said that water left in RVs and other types of mobile housing can be a major source of problems when it’s time to bring out the RVs in the spring.
Winterizing needs vary, depending on whether the RV is a Class A, B or C motor home, a pull-along travel trailer, a pop-up camper or a cargo trailer or horse trailer that has been adapted with amenities for humans.
