Flint Hills Technical College Foundation will be host Saturday for the 2nd Annual Benefit Poker Run underwritten by Vektek.
Anyone is able to join FHTC for a Benefit Poker Run with their motorcycle or classic/antique car. Participants will have the opportunity to see some countryside, have an entertaining day of fun, plus chances to win money.
The starting point and registration for the event opens at 8 a.m. at Americus Park (across from 516 Locust St., Americus) where participants will receive their first poker card. Breakfast will be available at the New Breck Café in Americus. The first bike/car will be out at 9 am. and the last at 9:30 a.m. Riders will travel to Osage City, Melvern, then Hartford, receiving a card at each stop. Riders will return to FHTC for the fifth card to complete their hand. More information is available at http://www.fhtc.edu.
