There are lots of opportunities available with Community Connections in October.
Work on those finances by taking some of the free classes sponsored by ESB Financial. Spend some time in the kitchen or pick up a few tips on floral design because the holidays are right at our heels.

• Quickbooks Fundamentals with Nicole Mortensen, Thursdays, Oct. 15 & 22, 12-4 p.m.
• All About Chocolate with Melissa Tastove, Oct. 17, 2-4 p.m.
• Roll Your Own Sushi with Regina Murphy, Oct. 19, 6-8 p.m.
• MS Excel 2007 Fundamentals with Kim Dhority, Monday and Wednesday, Oct. 19 and 21, 6-9 p.m.
• Check It Out with Julie Cooper, Oct. 20, 6-8 p.m.
• Floral Arrangements for Holiday Decorating with Paula Roper, Oct. 22, 7-8 p.m.
• Sustainable Communities Workshop, Oct. 24, 10 a.m.–2 p.m., free.
