The Neosho Rapids council meeting will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 14 at the community building.
The agenda includes mayor and committee reports. Ed Leford will give a report about city, street and sewer business and the financial report. Updates on the sewer project will be given by Bruce Boettcher of BG Consultants. The public is encouraged to attend.
