Domestic violence
Stalking will be the subject of the Seventh Annual Domestic Violence Summit. The summit will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Flint Hills Technical College.
“Stalking is a crime that is often misunderstood, minimized or missed entirely,” a press release from SOS, the sponsoring organization of the forum, stated.
The conference will address the crime of stalking, stalking behaviors and prevalence. Presenters will be Jodi Rafkin and Det. Sgt. (Ret) Terry Lingenfelter.
