Rachelle VanGundy of Americus and Aaron Rudeen of Osage City have each been awarded the President’s Academic Scholarship from Bethel College for the 2009-10 year. These scholarships are valued at $32,000 each over a four-year period.
VanGundy, a graduate of Emporia Senior High School, is the daughter of Michael and Sharon VanGundy. Rudeen, a graduate of Mission Valley High School, is the son of James and Margo Rudeen.
