The Resource Center for Independent Living and the Research and Training Center on Independent Living at the University of Kansas will co-sponsor a town hall meeting dealing with health care access for people with disabilities.
The meeting will be from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday in the First United Methodist Church, 833 Merchant St.
Among the topics scheduled to be discussed are: access and policy barriers concerning health care, attitudes of health professionals, and infrastructure and transportation needs.

Refreshments will be provided and all participants will be entered in drawings for $25 gift cards,a ccording to information from RCIL.
