Emporia Middle School’s seventh-grade basketball A-team won its third game of the season last Wednesday at Shawnee Heights, finishing the game with a 34-2 run over the final three quarters for a 43-12 victory.
Whitney Wilhite had 22 points and four steals for the Lady Vikings. Erica Garza had eight points, five rebounds and five steals and Reagan Sanchez had seven points, five rebounds and four assists.
