Emporia State women’s basketball coach Brandon Schneider announced the signing of three high school players on Wednesday.
Guards Rheanna Egli and Haley Parker and forward Kelsey Balcom will join the Lady Hornets next season.
Parker and Egil will help fill the void for the loss of senior guards Cassondra Boston, Sophia Lenard, Lacy Corker and Jamie Augustyn.
Balcom, a 5-11 forward from Olathe, averaged 12 points, four rebounds and two assists a game as a junior for Olathe South. She was a first-team All-Sunflower League selection and earned honorable mention All-Class 6A honors for the Falcons as a junior.
