A report on the Emporia school district’s energy project, a third reading of Workers’ Compensation policy, and two executive sessions are on the board of education agenda this week. The board will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Mary Herbert Education Center.
The board also will receive a formal retirement announcement from Marilyn McComber, who has received numerous awards during her tenure as a science teacher at Emporia High School.
Personnel matters and negotiations are scheduled on the board’s two executive sessions.
