On Veterans Day, veterans and those on active duty with proof of U.S. military service are invited to eat a free entree at Applebee’s from lunchtime through the dinner hours. Selections are the seven-ounce sirloin, three-cheese chicken penne, fiesta lime chicken, fire pit bacon burger, chicken tenders platter or the Oriental chicken salad. Also, the traditional sides that come with each entree will be served ‘on the house,’ stated the news release.
