ESU watch parties scheduled across the state

Emporia State baseball fans across the state of Kansas will have a chance to watch the National Championship on Saturday on television.
The game — with first pitch set for 11 a.m. Central time — will be televised nationwide on CBS College Sports and on the web through www.ncaa.com. As of 3:30 p.m. Friday, watch parties are planned in Emporia, Kansas City, Wichita, Topeka and Hutchinson with more in the works.
The CBS College Sports broadcast is tentatively scheduled to be picked up on CableOne Channel 20 in Emporia and MetroSports in Kansas City.
