The Emporia Public Library Brown Bag Concerts begin Wednesday at noon with “Mr. Stinky Feet,” also known as Jim Cosgrove. He is back by popular demand and was voted “Favorite Entertainer” in the 2008 Family Favorites Poll by the readers of Kansas City Parent Magazine. Participants are to bring lawn chairs.
