So what’s Josh Honeycutt have left to prove?
Honeycutt won the Indoor National championship in the triple jump this year as a sophomore. He has the best jump in Division II this year (53 feet, 9.25 inches), which was the best jump collegiately at any level and the 14th-best jump in the world for the season at the time. He has an MIAA title and has won every meet he’s been healthy for this year.
But even with all his accomplishments and enough gold medals to stimulate the economy, Honeycutt still feels as if he has something to prove when the outdoor National Championships start today in San Angelo, Texas.
