The Flint Hills Care Center, 1620 Weaver St., took home the traveling trophy from the Senior Olympics, held Thursday afternoon in the Flinthills Mall.
Residents of care centers across the area took part in the competitions in four different categories.
Marian Faust, 93, from Holiday Resort was the oldest competitor.
Flint Hills Care Center swept the bowling competition, with Glen Cummins winning a gold medal, Art Smith taking silver and Nelson Manning winning bronze.
In the bean bag toss, Dee Ware of Flint Hills won gold, Clarence Clark of Holiday Resort won silver, and Darryl Proctor from Flint Hills took bronze.
Dee Ware won gold again in horseshoes, with A.J. Fager of Holiday Resort earning a silver and Marjorie Jeffrey from Flint Hills winning bronze.
Ware won a third gold by taking first in the wheelchair races, followed by Boots Smith of Holiday Resort with a silver and Marian Faust from Holiday Resort with a bronze.
Results were provided by Ronda Allison and Cindy Weltha, co-activity directors at Holiday Resort.
