Pasta in Olpe
Pasta lovers and their friends are invited to dinner from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Olpe United Methodist Church. A variety of pasta will be served, along with a variety of sauces, garlic bread, salads, vegetables, desserts and beverages. The cost is a free-will offering for the building fund. The church is handicapped accessible.
Emergency garage sale
Winding Road Equine Rescue & Retirement is holding an emergency yard sale at 8 a.m. Saturday at 704 S. Commercial St. to raise money for two orphaned foals that must be fed special replacement milk that costs the rescue $25 a day. The garage sale will have various items including a two chair kitchen table, antiques, clothes, books and numerous other items.
