Sandie Phipps organized the group MAMAs (Mother Against Mental Anguish) 20 years ago. The group meets every Wednesday during the school year as a support group/Bible study for mothers of any age. She wanted a place where moms could come and support each other, learn from each other, celebrate one another’s children. One of her gifts is hospitality — she loves to bless people with her talents in the kitchen, decorating, flower arranging, and she loves to throw a party/shower and celebrate life! Her goal is to bless people today and give all of us mamas a day off. She is a hard worker and a very giving woman.

Kathy Vickery, is the ultimate mom, both to her adopted daughter Larissa and to her step children Megan, Garret and Mason. Kathy’s number one ambition in life was to be a mom and fortunately was blessed with Larissa. Kathy always worked her schedule around taking care of Larissa.
