Main Street to interview applicants on Tuesday

The Emporia Main Street board of directors will hold final interviews for the Main Street director position next Tuesday, according to Main Street president Deborah Huth.
Three final interviews will be conducted, at 4:30, 5:15 and 6 p.m., Huth said.
The board has been interviewing candidates to fill the director position previously held by Kayla Oney, who resigned March 6. Oney left the job to accept a position as director for marketing and events at the Colombian Theatre in Wamego.
