Terry Brownback takes advantage of the warm March weather Friday to paint high above Commercial Street using a bucket lift. Brownback said the paint was drying quickly enough that he could get on a couple of coats before moving on. He also installed new bird guards. Below, a parked motorist watches Brownback at work.
