All Emporia schools and Mary Herbert Education Center will be closed the week of March 16 for spring break. Classes will resume on March 23.
Students also will be out of school on March 13 for a teacher in-service and work day. The third quarter of the school year ends on March 12 and grade reports will be mailed to parents on March 25.
Parents also can check on student grades, attendance and the status of assignments by using PowerSchool, an online grade book. Parents can obtain a user name and password from the schools.
