Kindergarten visit and screening
Chase County Elementary School’s Kindergarten Visitation and Screening will be March 25 at CCES Kindergarten. This is a development screening for kindergarten entrance. All children who will be 5 before Sept. 1, 2009, are eligible for kindergarten and should be screened.
To request a morning or afternoon session, call (620) 273-6396. Students in Chase Children’s Services Preschool will come with their class and will not need appointments.
Kindergarten pre-enrollment will be held at 7 p.m. April 23 at CCES. Families will receive individual results of their child’s screening, meet with the school people who will be working with their child and complete enrollment forms. They will also have a chance to visit with other kindergarten parents.
