Chase County alumni

The 101st annual Chase County Community High School and Chase County High School Alumni Weekend will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Cottonwood Falls. All events are open to the public with the exception of the banquet Saturday evening.
The weekend begins Friday with a variety show and concert at the gazebo in Swope Park, with music by the “Where’s Bob Band.” Food will be available from Bad Ol’ Berns BBQ, beginning at 5:30 p.m., with the music to start at 6:30 p.m., followed by open-microphone time.
On Saturday, the alumni parade will begin at 11 a.m. through downtown Cottonwood Falls. Various class reunions will be held during the day. The Alumni Association has rented the Prairie Coffee House in downtown Cottonwood Falls all day Saturday for gatherings and visiting. The banquet, catered by the Olpe Chicken House, will be held at Chase County High School, with registration beginning at 3:30 p.m. After the banquet, there will be a free dance from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. at the coffee house.
A golf tournament and social will be held at the Cottonwood Falls Country Club on Sunday.
