The second annual Pioneer Bluffs Art Show and Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the historic 1915 barn. Twenty-three works of art were selected to exhibit by juror Paul Hotvedt of Lawrence. The artists are bringing their paints and easels and will be working during the show. The Best of Show will be awarded at 1:30 p.m. Attendees also can tour the Pioneer Bluffs Historic District and see improvements and plans for future renovation of the granary to become a Prairie Education Center.
