The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating a wanted person.
Eduardo Hernandez Guillen is being sought by law enforcement officials on a warrant issued for driving under the influence, transport open container, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Guillen is a 20-year-old Hispanic man, 5-feet-6, 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his back with the word “Guillen.”
The public should not make any attempt to apprehend or detain the above listed person. If you have information as to the location of the above listed person please call Crime Stoppers at 342-2273 or 1-800 KS Crime (1-800-572-7463) if you wish to remain anonymous. Otherwise, call the Emporia Police Department at 343-4200 or the Lyon County Sheriff Department at 342-5545.

Thanks, crack, I needed a laugh. I hear you can't run in them so maybe they could use them instead of shackles. :)
I was actually thinking it was nice of him to tattoo his name on his back to make it easier to id him. Brilliant!

Perhaps the CofE could sell the advertising right for Lyon County's Most Wanted ........ I see it now Lyon County's Most Wanted sponsored by Snuggies then you see a big Snuggies logo right in the middle of his/her neck

They use a wrap so that if they use the photos in lineups the background and clothing all looks the same. It's a common practice in all law enforcement agencies. Some shirts and clothing have names or identifiers on them. That's another reason. If somebody cuts and pastes it from here, they can also track it down.
