School board agenda

A host of software purchases are among the items listed on the consent agenda for the Emporia board of education meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Mary Herbert Education Center, 1700 W. Seventh Ave.
The board will consider renewing a contract with ESSDACK for staff development services, as well as several other contracts relating to staff development.
The board will hear a request for Read 180 and System 44 Intervention Materials and a request for two strategist positions for the Lowther intermediate schools.
An executive session is scheduled to discuss personnel matters.
