The Emporia Public Library Brown Bag Concerts continue Wednesday at noon with Richard Renner of Lawrence as the “Vodvill Klown.” His “slapstick Circus show has laughs and thrills for children and all age,” stated the news release. This is his second appeance in the Brown Bag series. Participants are to bring lawn chairs.; food is available. In case of inclement weather, the program will be held inside.
