County library meeting

Representatives from each of the public libraries in Lyon County will meet at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 8 at Lyon County District 1 in Allen. The agenda will include discussion of Lyon County funding, bookkeeping updates, Kansas library issues and other topics. The members of the District Library board have invited the boards and directors of the Emporia Public Library, the Elmendaro Township Library in Hartford and the Americus Township Library to attend the discussion meeting.
