I hope they'll be making more than they did last time kabobs were on the menu! I brought my family around 6 and they were gone. Bobby D's got our business that night!!

Clearly, they were unprepared at the July sale. The fire was not ready, then they had to change the gas tank, someone was cutting meat and someone else was skewering it at the last minute -- all things which should have been done beforehand because the kabobs do need to marinate for a little while. Too bad. It was a good idea to begin with, just needed more organization. Hope it works this time. I gave up waiting in line and just went home to eat.

Dear Create:
First of all your not stating the facts. The fire was burning at 4:30 pm, no gas tank had to be changed. The meat was marinated for 24 hours beforehand and the reason they were skewered and cooked onsite was so they would be fresh. They made over 60 kabobs, sold 40 hotdogs and 30 ears of corn. The market's prime time is from 5-6 that is why they were sold out by 6.
If you will notice the other great products at the market have long lines, tomatoes, corn, melons......the Farmer's Market is a slow paced relaxing place and I don't foresee it becoming a fast-paced Wal-Martized operation.....
