Sierra Danielle Robinson of Emporia has recently joined the U.S. Air Force. She will leave Aug. 10 for basic training in San Antonio, Texas. She is the daughter of JoAnn Robinson and Birdell Robinson, both of Emporia. She is the granddaughter of Lupe J. and Delores Torres of Emporia and Anita Robinson of Kansas City, Kan.
