The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating a wanted person.
Jay Dee Diaz-Flores is being sought by law enforcement officials on warrants issued for DUI, transporting open container, improper change of lanes, obstructing legal process, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and sex act in public.
Diaz-Flores is a Hispanic man, 36 years old, 5-feet-9-inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also goes by the aliases of Gerardo Diaz, Jorge Angel Diaz and Jerry Diaz.
The public should not make any attempt to apprehend or detain the above listed person. If you have information as to the location of the above listed person please call Crime Stoppers at 342-2273 or 1-800 KS Crime (1-800-572-7463) if you wish to remain anonymous. Otherwise, call the Emporia Police Department at 343-4200 or the Lyon County Sheriff Department at 342-5545.

I agree crime isn't funny.... But the list of warrents is a bit different. The posts you all have made have me rolling in my chair. This whole gazette forum today is pretty intertaining.

I seriously wasn't referring to anyone. But as I was typing I thought that to call pornography adult films is kinda funny so I put quotes around the words I thought only really applied in a funny sort of way. Wow! Talk about a joke getting taken the wrong way! Wow! I hope this doesn't get removed because of the enormous number of times I'm saying Wow! Wow! Unbelievable! Wow! Just Wow!
