ESU men finish 3rd in MIAA

The Emporia State men beat Fort Hays State 81-74 on Saturday to finish in a tie for third place with the Tigers in the MIAA.
Lamar Wilbern led the Hornets with 26 points and six rebounds. Robert Moores scored 16, and Adam Holthaus added 14.
Emporia State enters the MIAA tournament as a three seed and will play Washburn in the opening round on Thursday.
