When will Emporia police crack down on the hispanic's driving without a valid drivers license or driving vehicles that have been purchased, licensed and insured for them by someone else because they cannot legally do so? Many times I have seen young hispanics driving that can barely see over the dash and could not possibly be of legal driving age. The laws only allows a number of days for valid licenses to be acquired, not years. Some are driving on Mexico drivers licenses that have been here for years and this is ignored by our law enforcement.

And you can obviously tell all of this just by viewing someone in their vehicle.

Hispanic's are typically shorter then white people. This does not mean they are under age, and too young to drive.

In addition, I would describe this man as a 17-19 year old, but according to the article, he's 31. Can't judge a book..............
