The top-seeded Madison girls entered the Regional semifinals as the favorites against fourth-seeded Hartford. But it didn’t feel like it for awhile on Thursday night.
Hartford made six 3-pointers during a 26-point second quarter and led by nine at halftime, but Madison withstood Hartford’s run and rallied to win 66-54, advancing to Saturday’s championship against Waverly.
