The Emporia High girls bowling team finished second out of four teams, led by Stephanie O’Dell’s first-place individual performance, at a Junction City bowling tournament on Tuesday.
O’Dell bowled a 563 series with a high game of 203. Also placing in the top five for the Spartans was Caitlin Martin, who rolled a 205 game and a 545 series. Emporia finished with 2,039 points; first-place Topeka West had 2,085.
The EHS boys finished in fourth place with 2,293 points. Jacob Loucks rolled a 633 series to finish in third place. Complete Emporia results are available above in From the Scoreboard.
