E-Verify

Tuesday, February 24, 2009

WE HAVE SHIPPED the vast majority of our manufacturing jobs outside of the United States. Does anyone remember when we were told “It’s just the low paying jobs”?

Now we have the Chamber of Commerce leading the fight to kill E-Verify. E-Verify would require (supposed to only take a minute) employers to electronically check that the person they hire is in this country legally.

It is estimated that the newest “stimulus” (a story into itself, borrowing ourselves into oblivion) would allow the hiring of 300,000 illegal aliens if E-Verify gets killed, as the Chamber of Commerce wants.

At the time our country’s job losses are mounting, the Chamber of Commerce is protecting jobs for illegal aliens.

There is absolutely no reason to kill the E-Verify system. We use it to confirm employment eligibility for all of our hiring, and have done so for the last eight months. The system does have its quirks, but seems to work a lot more efficiently than the old way of reporting social security numbers to the Social Security Administration. What we find interesting is that we have had many Nonconfirmation's, but not one has been contested

Hopefully the word is getting out that if your paperwork is not in order (US citizen or not) don't bother applying as you won't keep the job.

Thank you, Mr. Linn. It needed to be said, and you were patriotic enough to say it. E-Verify is not about racism or discrimination. It is about providing jobs for Americans, national security, and trying to revive a floundering economy created in part by allowing millions of illegal foreign nationals to enter our country to take jobs, lower wages, and siphon off billions of dollars in social services while nearly bankrupting our education, law enforcement, and health care systems.

Want to end the current recession? Stop hiring illegal aliens and close our national borders and we will be amazed how much better things will instantly be.

Support---no, demand---the use of E-Verify.

The only way the American taxpayer will see a turnaround in some of the economy is to halt immigration violations. It has become a combat zone in the workplace. This simply means we need State governors, mayors, judges and anti-illegal immigrant, pro-sovereignty politicians. Starting with Walter Moore, as a new Mayor elect of Los Angeles, who would rescind the 'Sanctuary city' policy in the county.

Only THE PEOPLE, have the power to recall or reject incumbents like Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), Speaker Pelosi (D-CAL) Senator Gutierrez who undermined e-verify in the Stimulus package.

A powerful tool to halt foreign nationals taking jobs of American workers. 40 million illegal aliens have occupied our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. Not 13 million pushed by the liberal media Different administrations have allowed this, in favor of the business community and it's likely to get worse as foreign country economies suffer. The stimulus bill promotes upgrading roads, bridges and other infrastructure.

Whistle-blowers should report contractors to ICE, who violate immigration laws.

Do not stop calling the Washington switchboard demanding reinstating E-verify.at (202) 224-3121 This is also your contact with President Obama to stop hundreds of billions of dollars that support illegal immigration.

No lies! Just the real truth at JUDICALWATCH, NUMBERSUSA, AMERICANPATROL, CAPSWEB, AMERICANWORKERS.ORG

Well, we've just extended health care for children to also cover illegal aliens, so what do you expect? How else are all the illegals going to get over here so you & I can pony up for all their health care?
