The Lyon County Commission will meet for an action session beginning at 8 a.m. Wednesday in the Lyon County Commission chambers of the Lyon County Courthouse, 430 Commercial St. Items on the agenda include:
• The signing of a utility agreement with the Lyon-Coffey Electric Cooperative for the replacement of Coal Creek Bridge on Road 130.
• Doug Stueve of the Council on Aging will discuss the 2008 department year review.
• Commissioners will accept township reports.
• Commissioners will discuss the second payout on the ADA remodel; consider a quote on concrete work in the alley; and consider sending staff to training.
• Consider using $3,300 from forfeiture funds to send three K-9 unit officers to a conference in Las Vegas.
