The Americus Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Questions and Issues forum Saturday in the school board meeting room, 616 Main St.. Refreshments will be served by the KansasLand Bank from 8 to 8:30 a.m. with the discussion following from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Sen. Jim Barnett, Rep. Peggy Mast, County Commissioners Scott Briggs, Roland Martin and Teresa Walters, former commissioners Myron Van Gundy, Bob Davis and Marshall Miller have been invited to participate.
Biscuits and gravy
Biscuits, gravy and sausage are on the menu for the Americus Masonic Lodge breadfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Feb. 14. Juice and coffee will also be available. The breakfast will be held at Masonic Lodge 109, 551 Broadway. For information, Mike Pearson, (620) 443-5550.
Tractor meeting
