The Rotary Club meets at noon at the Emporia Country Club, 18th Avenue and Rural Street.
The Junto Study Club meets at 1 p.m. with Eliza Ace.
The Research Club meets at 1:15 p.m. at the Emporia Country Club for the Valentine Luncheon with Donna Storm and Jerri Pennington serving as hostesses. Elaine Ek will present the program.
The Etude Club meets at 1:30 p.m. with Sandy Lahr, assisted by Sally Hannah. Bob Davis will present the program, “Marble in Olpe.”

Friday
The Emporia Area Retired School Personnel meets at 11:30 a.m. at the American Legion, 2921 W. 12th Ave. Alan Schuler, field representative with KPERS, the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System, will give an update on KPERS. The public is welcome to attend.
P.E.O. Chapter DI meets at 1 p.m. at the Sweet Granada, with Janell North serving as hostess, assisted by Heather Higgins. The program will be a tour of the Sweet Granada.
P.E.O. Chapter ES meets at 1:30 p.m.with Judy Murphy, assisted by Bonnie Schmidt. The program will be “Founder’s Day.”
P.E.O. Chapter GT meets at 1:15 p.m. at the Emporia Arts Council, with Chris Hosey and Mary Ann Schaeffer serving as hostesses. Kathryn Perkins will read the President’s Letter. Melissa Windsor, director of the EAC, will present the program about the “ESU Valentine Exhibit.”
Saturday
The Emporia Airport Action Group meets at approximately 9:30 a.m. every Saturday in the main terminal at the Emporia Municipal Airport for “hangar talk,” coffee and doughnuts. “You are free to move about” the airport. Information: 342-3598.
