The Elmendaro Township Library at Hartford is encouraging the public’s participation in their fundraiser to support library programs. People can make a $5 donation to the library; choose an ornament in memory of someone special — pens are available to write on the ornament ; hang the ornament on the tree; and pick up the ornament in January.
