Emporia firefighters will collect donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association on Friday through Sunday. Members of the International Association for Fire Fighters 818 will collect at both Walmart, 2301 Industrial Road, and Dillons, 902 E. 12th Ave., from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Donations also may be dropped off at Fire Station 1, 120 E. Fifth Ave. Emporia firefighters have been collecting for MDA since 1954.
