The Flint Hills Community Health Center, 420 W. 15th Ave., has extended hours to meet urgent medical needs. Beginning Aug. 31, 2009, the FHCHC will open at 7:15 a.m. and accept walk-ins from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments are still available from 8:15 a.m. through 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with walk-in services from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
