Family hosts party for Edmiston

The children of Robert (Bob) Edmiston will be hosts for a reception to celebrate his 80th birthday anniversary on Aug. 22.
The reception will be from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Americus Senior Center, 516 Locust St.
Hosts will be his children, Larry and Cindy Edmiston, Ken Edmiston, Jim and Lynda Orton, Clay and Connie Cooper and Bill Edmiston.
Special guests will include his wife, grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family requests no gifts, and suggested a card shower from those who are unable to attend the celebration.
Cards may be mailed to Robert Edmiston, 2533 Road F, Americus, KS 66835.
