Zoning for a medical office is on the agenda for Wednesday evening’s Lyon County Planning/Appeals Board.
The medical office application comes from Tracy Tucker, an emergency room doctor, said Sam Seeley, Lyon County zoning administrator. The property is located at 2112 Road 150, near Neosho Rapids. Seeley said Tucker wants to build a home at the property, which is about 11 acres, and also a medical office to provide more services in the area. The zoning request change is for Agriculture Special Use Single Family Dwelling and General Business Medical Office.

• A request for Agriculture Special Use Single Family Dwelling with minor plat by M. Theodore Brown at 1234 Road 130.
• A request for Agriculture Special Use Single Family Dwelling by David E. Hill Estate at 2330 N. Highway 99.
• A request for Agriculture Special Use Single Family Dwelling by Shirley Hogan at 2249 Road 170.
• A request for Agriculture Special Use by Scott Smiley at 1895 Road P5.
