A truck fire on Interstate Highway 35 Saturday night blocked traffic for a time as firefighters and law enforcement officers worked the incident, which was reported at 9:47 p.m. The remains of the truck were being loaded onto a wrecker shortly before 11 p.m.
Details of the incident were not available yet. The Emporia Fire Department reported working a vehicle fire around Milepost 130, but did not report tending or transporting anyone from the scene.
