The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating a wanted man.
Cesar Antonio Flores is being sought by law enforcement officials on warrants for DUI, minor in possession of alcohol, and no driver license.
Flores is a 23-year-old Hispanic man, 5-feet-6-inches, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The public should not make any attempt to apprehend or detain Flores. If you have information as to the location of the above listed person please call Crime Stoppers at 342-2273 or (800) KS Crime (572-7463) if you wish to remain anonymous. Otherwise, call the Emporia Police Department at 343-4200 or the Lyon County Sheriff Department at 342-5545.

How old are these warrants? Minor in possession of alcohol for a 23 year old man? A Hispanic man of average height and weight, that should be easy to find in Emporia. I hope they have a picture in the print version if they expect someone to spot him and turn him in.
