China painting display
Members of the Flint Hills China Painters have brought in their artworks for a month-long exhibit at the Emporia Public Library.
The exhibit is on the first floor of the library, in the display cases.
Olpe Easter egg hunt
The Olpe Lions Club is sponsoring the annual Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday. Everybody should meet at the north shelter house in the park by 9:55 a.m. Immediately after the hunt, the Club will have a rededication of the park to showcase the new playground equipment and restrooms that were completed last year. Everyone is encouraged to stay and let the children play on this “new and unique equipment,” stated the press release.
EHS Class of 1989
